Hello peter and all,
in the western european market, wholesale honey price have been continuously rising for something like ten years .
For this winter, the main floral qualities are sold in 300 l drums at the following prices / kilogram :
.Rape : 3 euros
.Sunflower : 3 to 3.05 euros
.Chesnut : 3.80 to 4 euros
.Lime tree : no production
.Lavender : 5.30 to 6.60 euros (very poor crop)
.Alfalfa : 3.20 to 3.50 euros (with a good crop...)
.Honeydew : around 3.50 to 3.80 euros, except if coming from firtree (6 euros)
.Polyfloral spring honey : 3.60 euros
