For those of you following the ongoing issues involving the FCC and historic
preservation, today is the deadline for filing comments on a proposed
Programmatic Agreement to streamline the FCC's compliance with Section 106
of the National Historic Preservation Act.

Electronically filed comments may be viewed at the FCC Web site by following
these steps:

1. Point your Web browser to this URL:
<http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/ecfs/comsrch_v2.cgi>

2. In Section no. 1 (Proceeding), enter "03-128" (without quotation marks).

3. A screen (multiple screens of 10 entries) with comments filed to date
will appear. All of the comments are in Adobe PDF format. For best results
(in Windows), left click on the "Comment" URL and save the file to your
local computer and open it in Adobe.

Again, today is the comment filing deadline (midnight) for electronic
submissions. The process is simple and fully explained at the FCC Web site:
<http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/>
