Jeremy,
I just opened you post to Histarch about a frontier-oriented session at
the SHAs next year and noticed that your signature says you are the
moderator of the MidWest Historical Archaeology listserve. I had not
heard of this list, but am very interested in subscribing. However, I
could not find anything about this list on the internet. Could you tell
me how to subscribe? Thanks,

Bob

Histarch List Members,

I am curious if anyone is considering organizing a session around
frontier issues/topics for the upcoming SHA conference. I am currently
doing portions of my dissertational work (which is centered on the
frontier of SE Minnesota 1849-1869), and would like to do a paper on
applications of Igor Kopytoff's Internal Frontier Model to the
Midwestern Frontier.

Thanks,
