I have run across an interesting drug store bottle with contents I cannot
identify. The bottle (from the Economical Drug Store in El Paso) is
labeled CIMICIFECA (U. S. ?.) [the label is torn slightly obliterating the
final letter in parentheses]. Partial contents (a light powder) are
intact. Can anyone identify the drug?

The bottle is also embossed on the base with a manufacturer's mark I
cannot find. It is H. W. & O. in an elongated hexagon. Has anyone come
across this manufacturer? I did not find it in Toulouse or any of the usual sources.

Thanks in advance for your help.
