Jeez, Rick, be Careful!  For 25 years, I have been telling folks "The first
one to find a Paleo Point gets a bottle of Tequila".  On a Passport In Time
project last month, I finaly had to ante up!  With a family oriented list
like this one, I could get into deep dodo (technical term) for passing
around politically Incorrect, or in my case - just plain bad taste, humor
to those of us with more delicate sensibilities!

Also, can I use finger paints to fill in the blanks?  They won't let me
have any sharp objects here.

For what it is worth, my date file (the "no sources" section) has the
following:

On 16 January 1917 the 18th Amendment introduced Prohibition.  In 1918 it
became "effective" (one year after enactment).  In 1919 Congress overrode
Wilson's veto of Prohibition legislation.  In 1920 the sale of liquor was
finally banned.

On 5 December 1933 the repeal of Prohibition came about with the enactment
of the 21st amendment but as always it took time to take effect.

On __ January 1935 legislation mandated the use of embossing to say:
"Federal Law Forbids the Sale or Re-Use of this Bottle."

On __ ___ 1963 legislation eliminated the labeling of liquor bottles with
"Federal Law Forbids the Sale or Re-Use or this Bottle."

There will be a prize of one of Smoke's cartoons to the first person to
fill in all three of the blanks.
