I did it as simple as this:

Used Microsoft Access database program.  I had previously stored my
CD collection information in an excel sheet.  But now, just imported it
to Access, did it in a Form and Table view, chose a background, added a
field for a scanned CD cover picture and now really happy about it.  Time
was spent to understand how to work with Access, but not much typing for
me - because I had already all information needed in Excel.  Regards
