I received the following email from the folks at Vox after asking about
their recordings which were not listed at their web site:

   Thank you for your email, your supposition is correct.  We will
   add to the list as we re-master old analog recordings and also
   we hope to carry other peoples' master recordings down the road.

   The Romantic Piano COncerto series is available on normal CDs
   and therefore somewhat cheaper.  HAve a look at this link and

   Regarding your other question, if you want a single Cd from a
   multiple set, you have to email me and I send you a payment
   button tailor made to your order.

   You will be interested to know that the Lyapunov is our first
   bestseller.  You may want to have it digitally at some point so
   you will know where to go.  One of the important points is that
   our re-masterings sound better than they ever did on vinyl, and
   vinyl wears out eventually.

He also replied to another email in which asked if the sliding scale of
costs only applied to multi-disk sets:

Any order of more than one [CD Joel] can get this price break, you have
to email me to do this so that I can send an individual paypal button.
