A bit of searching indicates he (and the Esterhazy Orchestra) recorded (in
addition to Nos. 60 and 62) Haydn's Symphonies Nos. 39, 59, 70, 73, 75, 81,
90, 91. I must also mention that Berkshire <http://www.broinc.com/> is
offering a CD of Blum's Haydn Nos. 39, 70, 73 & 75 for $3.99.

According to the New York Times, he died on April 17, 1998 of cancer.
