I had the same problem, though on a smaller scale. I
put these in one hive, in two deeps. Every time I
separated the boxes, I ripped a few hundred brood
cells apart, then had to spend a few minutes scraping
the young-uns off the top bars. I'd get ticked off,
too, if I were the bees.

I really like the convenience of not having to hammer
frames and foundation together, but it'd be nice if
they redesigned these things.
