That's true, however the bees in the supers during strong flows all seem to
be able to find their home.
Later in the season, when the bees have not had good flight for three days
or so, and when there is no strong flow, some or all the bees -- not just
the young ones -- will not know where to go. Under those conditions, they
just stay in the boxes.
