Speaking of MTT and Ives, Sony has rereleased a remarkable bargain in
their Essential Classics series.  It is a 3 CD set containing the Chicago
and RCOA recordings of the Ives symphony cycle with couplings that (I
think - from memory) include Three Places in New England.

The 3 CD set was only 12.99 in a Nottingham store.
