Trawling some Church of England hymnbooks (I've been in church a lot the
last week or so) I came across the following:
In Hymns Ancient and Modern:
a) Yesterday with exultation
(see http://www.cyberhymnal.org/htm/y/e/yestexul.htm)
In The English Hymnal:
b) Saint of God, Elect and Precious
(see http://www.cyberhymnal.org/htm/s/a/saintgod.htm)
c) The Lord and King of All Things
(see http://www.cyberhymnal.org/htm/l/o/lordking.htm)
In The New English Hymnal:
d) Stephen, first of Christian Martyrs
See also:
e) First of Martyrs, Thou whose name
(http://www.cyberhymnal.org/htm/f/o/fomtwnam.htm)
All of these tend only to be sung on one day every seven years, when Dec.
26th falls on a Sunday, as most churches don't bother having a special
service for St. Stephen unless the church is dedicated to him. There was
such a service of choral evensong broadcast on BBC Radio 3 last Wednesday,
at which d) was sung.
