I re-sent the first four pages.  Did they come through?  If so, the problem
is not with my scanner, but with Norton anti-virus, which seems to take
forever to scan outgoing canned messages.  Since you're getting the whole
thing from someone else, IO won;t take the time to forward the remaining
three pages.
