Dear list members,
Kindly excuse any cross-postings.
Your views are sought with regard to the question of the possible usefulness
of a computer 3D animation of the city of Assur as an archaeological
teaching and/or self-learning resource. It is our understanding that the
animation - as planned - will contain a guided tour of a temple in that city
and will include typical scenes of temple life. Professional archaeological
advice will be sought by the production company.
The institute IWF Knowledge and Media will be most grateful to any list
members who care to offer an opinion on this issue.
We have mounted 4 JPEGs from the storyboard of the planned animation on our
FTP server by way of illustration. The addresses are as follows:

Very sincerely yours,
Dr. Christopher N. Carlson
