Dear All,

Can anyone suggest a potential funder for a major analysis and
publication of early modern English pottery?

Guildford Museum and the Museum of London are preparing a bid to the
Heritage Lottery Fund to study the 'Border ware' material from
Farnborough Hill. The total project cost is around £60,000: about
£5,000 is still sought

Given the significance of Border ware, I wondered if anyone had any
bright ideas about foundations, charities or learned bodies to approach?

With best wishes,

Pat
(who does believe that ceramics other than bricks have a value!)
