As for complete cycles, there is Adam Fischer (originally on NIMBUS,
reissued complete in one box on Brilliant Classics). And Hogwood had a
HIP cycle going, although I don't know if it was ever completed. Then
there is the NAXOS cycle conducted by a team of conductors (Wordsworth,
Drahos, Muller-Bruhl, Ward).
