Hi!  These are the recordings of the Rach 2 that I have:

Previn/LSO on EMI
Paray/DetroitSO on Mercury
Askhenazy/Concergebouw on Decca
Leningrad PO/Sanderling on DG Originals

I think the Sanderling and the Previn are both wonderful but I prefer
Sanderling as his recording has "a sense of occasion" as if the musicians
are collectively revelling in the score.  Any inputs on how the Sanderling
compares with Ormandy?
