The Kapell recording with Dorati is quite wonderful.  There are other
extant Kapell versions of it, one with Stokowski and the New York Phil,
the other with the Boston Symphony conducted by Burgin, Philadelphia with
Ormandy and an incomplete version with the Nashville Symphony, Strickland
conducting.  I have only the Stokowski and Burgin versions.  I still prefer
the Dorati studio recording.  The relatively recent transfer by BMG is
excellent.
