I looked through the archives and didn't fine what I
was looking for so I'll give the list a go.
I have some old combs, brood and super, that have wax
moth damage, dead cocoons, webbing, and tunnels
through the combs. Will the bees clean these combs up
and repair them or should I cut the comb out and put
new clean foundation in? Also, what about the frames,
should I boil them in lye water (as I heard someone
recommend) or is that not needed?
Thank you,
Mike
