Contact your local extension service office. They should have a food
preservation specialist. Make sure you can give them the complete recipe
for your sauce. Although you might be able to take processed tomato
instructions as a place to start, the addition of other ingredients and
the possibility of using low acid fruit can make for a dangerous brew.
