I'm in the market for complete sets of Chopin's Mazurkas or discs primarily
devoted to the Mazurkas. My data base above the ears has the following
information:
Ts'ong - Sony(complete)
Falvay - Amadis(1 disc)
- Finnadar(complete) - have it, can't remember the artist.
[Andrzej Wasowski -Dave]
Clidat - Forlane(1 disc)
Biret - Naxos(complete)
Kushner - C. Society(complete)
Olejnicsak - Opus 111
Uninsky - Philips(complete)
Ashkenazy - London(complete)
Brailowsky - Sony(complete)
Luisada/Zilberstein - DG(complete)
Cohen - Glossa(complete)
Chiu - Harmonia Mundi(complete)
Ohlsson - Arabesque(complete)
Kapell - RCA(1 disc)(died before disc 2)
Rubinstein - RCA(3 different sets)(78 era, 50's mono, 60's stereo)
Am I correct concerning the above listings? Any others out there in the
market? Looks like a giant discography, and it's just one body of Chopin
works.
