Last week I went to Sir Malcolms 80th birthday concert at the Wigmore
Hall.  He sat in the row behind me and looked very unwell.  It was a
great concert.  Assorted works for oboe, clarinet and brass the Quintet
for Brass.  I love all his symphonies.  He's a great communicator very
moving
