Too bad! Whatever happened to the Proclamation Line of 1763? Indians again
got shortchanged. I understand Franklin and others had real estate interests
in the Ohio Country, so it was to their advantage to overthrow the old regime
that was blocking settlement of the trans-Appalcahan west.
