Given the interest shown in this topic, I wonder if any of you out in
histarchland have been developing a manual on how to move a graveyard.
Might make a good AltaMira book. Please let me know off line if you are
interested.

Note also that we publish A Graveyard Preservation Primer, with lots of
instructions on what to do if you're not moving the graveyard.
