Hello List;

I hope I'm not dredging up material that has already been covered many
times. I'm doing my thesis on historical zooarchaeology of a southern
Alberta ranch (1881-1950s). I was wondering if there has been any
recent work on meat yields, especially in relation to cuts of meat.

I suppose I could do a little experimental archaeological research, it's
almost bbq season...

Thanks in advance for any help.

Kristi
