The deadline to register for the National Preservation Institute's seminar
of NEPA and Section 106 compliance for FCC projects (telecommunications &
broadcast towers) to be held in Washington, DC, March 7 is the close of

The seminar will include discussions of the latest developments in FCC
environmental policy, including the recent petitions filed by the Public
Employees for Environmental Policy and the Friends of the Earth, the
Collocation Programmatic Agreement, and the significance of the NMA & CTIA
v. Slater decision.
