Puzzled by this item in today's SF Chron.  I was at this "Adriana" (Scotto
was excellent), but I don't remember any bomb damage nor can I figure out
who the "terrorists" would be.

   Here's a look at San Francisco's history. Items have been culled from
   The Chronicle's archives...

   1977 - SEPT.  10:  The San Francisco Opera season opens despite a
   terrorist bombing 20 hours earlier that shattered four doors and 28
   windows at the War Memorial Opera House.  Renata Scotto sings the
   title role in "Adriana Lecouvreur."
