Sounds like the RCM worked with the UK Boards ...

Well, we could always arrange a reverse takeover; but failing which, why
is it colonial? If you had said "centrist" or "federalist" I would have
understood ...

And do Canadian kids see the RCM exams as a "good" or a "bad" thing? Or
just something they have to do?
