Bob has already said what I was about to write, but I would add that you
will not find out until they are hatched and mated (or not). The ratio of
good cells to failures usually lies in the range 90% - 95% or 5% - 10%   if
you get a figure much different to this your dropping was probably the
cause.

I personally take great care about handling and transporting queencells.

And would you believe:- I even have a special bit of kit for transporting
them...
