There is a load of case law available on the internet about bees,
beekeepers, and zoning of hives. (Several years back I wrote a long
article for our newsletter about beekeeping and the law but had a hard
drive crash and lost it and one other article.) What James talks about
is on the net along with bees as a nuisance (they are not) and other
thing discussed in this thread. But I got all the info off the
internet, so I suggest google as a start. Lots of college law libraries
are also on line, which was my other source.
