Two questions:  How is it possible to compile lists without a single
mention of Bartok, Martinu and Janacek? and What's the significance of
1989 in the discussion about the War Requiem? (Reference to World War I
being with us, at least until 1989.  The end of the Wall and, eventually,
of the Soviet Union?)
