And she makes a good point -- except that I submit it is the advertisers
that magazine publishers live to serve -- subscribers seem to be very
much a second class of citizen -- and in some cases a "necessary evil"
in order to give the advertisers their famed CPM or cost per thousand
advertising 'viewers'.
