The name sounds as though this is is one of the copper based wood
preservatives.  Are there no toxicity issues with this?

This product may not be available here under the same brand name.  Can you
tell me what the active ingredient(s) are?

I don't know a lot about paint.  Could you tell me the advantages of
layering latex over top of an oil based paint?
