CHORD CONFERENCE CALL FOR PAPERS 'TRADE: HISTORIES, CULTURES AND ECONOMIES' 10-11 September 2003 University of Wolverhampton CHORD (the Centre for the History of Retailing and Distribution) invites proposals exploring any aspect of trade, including internal and international networks of distribution, focusing on any period of history and prehistory, and on any geographical area. All disciplinary and methodological perspectives are welcome, and the organisers are especially keen to foster a wide participation by both archaeologists and historians. The deadline for the submission of proposals (which should include an abstract of c. 200 words) is 7 March 2003.
