Hello all

Does anyone know of any references concerning historical or
archaeological research at 19th-century cider mills? I'm working at
a mill site in eastern Massachusetts dating ca. 1850-1890 and
have found surprisingly little information on the subject. I have a few
cursory descriptions of the standard architecture profile and inner
workings of the structures, but not much else. Leads on more
detailed information, particularly from an archaeological
perspective, would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Kristen Heitert
