I write as a non-musician; that is to say, I neither compose music, nor can
perform it.  But I am a musician because I do, I really do, have a musician
in my soul--at times content with the music he hears (no, consumes) and at
other times discontented, at the absence of training (life made that
impossible) and therefore, skills.  So, I write to join others for thanking
Dave for what he has done, from a different perspective: this list made me
feel, for the first time ever, a participating part of the world of music.

So, simply: Thank you Dave.
