I have just been listening to Busoni`s Piano Concerto with the Cleveland
Orchestra and Garrick Ohlsson the soloist. Wow! What an interesting piece
of Music and is it long for a Piano Concerto. I really enjoyed the Piano.
The pianist sounded as though he was enjoying it. I actually found myself
in agreement with the Penguin Guide on this one. I was particularly
intrigued in the fact that there was a choral finale. I do not know if
there are any other Piano concertos that have this peculiarity. Does this
occur in other Piano concertos? This was a really great recording. Do
members of the list know or can reccomend others of this concerto?

Regards
Stuart Sinclair
