What's up with these people? Haven't you had cornmeal "breaded" and fried
whole catfish with hush puppies (dough thrown to the Confederate's dogs,
supposedly to keep them quiet)? I had some in Belmont, Mississippi it was
wonderful. Reminded me of the catfish in Canton, Pennsylvania the farmer
hand caught in the Roaring Branch when I was a kid from the South Bronx.
