I think that we are looking at the "contamination" thread from the
wrong
point of view. I have yet to see any information regarding on the impact
that "the contaminants" may have on consumers, especially young and
older
population. This is not to imply that any part of the consuming
population
is not at risk. As beekeepers and producers of honey bee products we
must
be very concerned of our responsibility in maintaining wholesomeness of
what
we offer for sale. In essence, there is much to be concerned here
beyond
the finer point of how much or how little. Our sights should be aimed
at
zero contaminants.
