Daily updates for the second week (Saturday, July 28 through
Thursday, August 2) of fieldwork on the Red River Wreck
Project are now online at the following URL:

http://web.wtez.net/r/h/rh61158/redriver/Updates/

The Red River Wreck is an early steamboat wreck, believed to date from the
late 1830s, located in the Red River near Fort Towson in southeastern
Oklahoma. The site is being investigated by the Oklahoma Historical Society
(http://www.ok-history.mus.ok.us), and is the focus of a field school
presented by the PAST Foundation (http://www.pastfoundation.org) and Indiana
University Bloomington (http://www.iub.edu). Additional information on the Red
River Wreck may be found online at:
