Andy,

The brick is a Champion brand brick made by the Dixie Firebrick Co. in
Alabama.

We've just finished a survey down near Pascagoula, MS, and found a
chimney
foundation with some firebrick present bearing the mark
"DFBC/CHAMPION"
Has anyone come across this mark before? Any information would be
highly
appreciated.

Thanks,
