Last year we published Early American Decorative Arts, 1620-1860, also
sponsored by the Winterthur, which is a updated edition of the training
handbook for their docents and interpreters. It contains descriptions of many
kinds of furniture and decorative arts, including ceramics, and has brief
bibliographies on each. More information on our website-- www.altamirapress.com
