Response to Ron May's question on concerning the posting on whiteware. I
offered to send by email copies of "Thoughts toward a Users' Guide to
Ceramic Assemblages" which answers the question on separating white bodied
earthenware bodies to those interested in the question. Eight people asked
for copies and have received them via email. If someone does not which to
join the Council for Northeast Historical Archaeology to receive a copy of
the Northeast Historical Archaeology Volume 29 which has my article
"Telling Time for Archaeologists" they might try interlibrary loan. The
article has color plates of some ceramics and decorating processes for slip
wares. Given the prices of todays books, it is a bargain at $30.00.
