Actually, I did reverse chambers while I was there.
Most of the brood was in the upper chamber, but there
was some in the lower. This queen is very prolific,
and the colony built up quickly, so I was happy they
did not swarm.
What I am concerned about is having to leave supers on
and having the cluster move into them in the winter.
This also creates problems with medication.
