Dear archaeologists and others,
        I am pleased to announce that Volume 1 of the Journal of the
Jamestown Rediscovery Center (JJRC) has been completed.  It is viewable and
downloadable free of charge at: <http://www.apva.org/resource/jjrc>.  The
JJRC is a refereed e-journal published annually that focuses on events
surrounding 16th- and 17th-century attempts at settling North America by
Europeans.  It emphasizes life at Jamestown Island during this time.
