Please note the time of the Banquet-Awards Ceremony at SHA 2000 in
Quebec City. In the latest PROGRAM just put out on the web the
schedule is:
                Friday January 7th, 2000

                Reception & Banquet 6-8:00

                Awards Ceremony     8:00-9:30

The ceremony starts at 8:00 [not 8:30]. There will be chairs put out
for those of you not coming to the banquet so please come in a little
before 8:00 and take a chair.

        We urge all students (and others without a banquet ticket)
to come to the Awards Ceremony to see the presentation of the
J.C. Harrington Medal, the new John L. Cotter Award and six SHA
Awards of Merit. The Mayor of Quebec City and many other dignitaries
will be at the ceremony. Also GREAT slides on Rick Sprague's career.
