Apologies as always for the necessity of cross-posting...

==============

We are forwarding the message below to the archaeological
community worldwide to locate archaeologists interested in
high-profile public outreach relating to their ongoing excavation
projects. The mission of Archaeological Legacy Institute is to
spread the important messages of archaeology to humanity
everywhere. Although The Archaeology Channel
(www.archaeologychannel.org) is our chief means of doing that, we
also partner with others to accomplish our goals. In that spirit,
we have been in contact with a major television studio that is
looking for archaeologists whose current projects relate to an
important historical event. We encourage you to consider their
request. Their message to you follows:

"Major television series about archaeology interested in current
and near future excavation work around the world. Our stories
develop out of great "Moments in Time" and your work should be
connected to a significant historical event that the archaeology
provides insights into. Please send an email to
[log in to unmask] to let us know what you are working on
and your plans and schedule for the years 2002-2003. Thank you."
