Sorry about neglecting to answer question no. 2 when I responded to
qestion no. 1.  The answer is yes - the Fughetta is an early version
of what would eventually be the G major Fugue from WTCII, Fugue No. 15.
Recently, I listened to the Fughetta on a Rubsam/Naxos disc - great
performance.
