As far as I'm concerned, Telemann and baroque in general are second nature
to Goebel: This nature seems to assign prominence to the drive of the
continuo, something Goebel's keyboard players are accustomed to deliver.
Agreed, his group sometimes tends to sound like a ChrisCraft at a fast
cruise, but, by gosh, I 'm partly persuaded that this is what that kind
of music was about.  Anyway, I'm buying anything under the Goebel loebel!
He' a wonder.
