Just once, many years ago, at the Albert Hall.  He sat through almost the
entire performance and "economy of movement" would be an understatement.
I'm afraid that I do not remember the orchestra or the programme, although
I have a feeling that Leonora may have been involved.  I don't think that
I was much impressed, but I was younger then . . .
